General Conditions
1. These General Conditions rule the relations between EICTV and all persons interested in applying to any of its Workshops. Taking part in any of the processes of access and/or joining as applicant supposes the acceptance of these Conditions.
REGISTRATION
2. Applications to Workshops can be done through our regional Representation Offices or sent via e-mail directly to the School (talleres@eictv.org.cu , workshops@eictv.org.cu ). To formalize applications and start the selection process, all those interested should fill and send the Registration Form and their CV. There are a few workshops that require additional specific information.
The School or our regional Representation Offices will directly notify all those interested of their approval or rejection to their applications. The academic evaluation of the applicants and of the pre-selection process done by EICTV are not open to appeal.
The acceptance of applications and the concession of places are subject to their availability at the moment of request. Once the pre-selection is done, the places will be given in order of payment of the pre-registration fee, except in cases of agreements between EICTV and specific

REGISTRATION FEE
3. The registration fee for every Workshop includes the basic cost of the educational activity (including all teaching material for exercises, technical equipment, transportation related to the workshop, room and board.)
PAYMENT METHODS
4. All those interested must pay 15 % of the registration fee (in the Representation Office) to reserve their places (pre-registration). At the beginning of the Workshop, the students must cancel the remaining of the registration fee.
DISCHARGES
5. Once the registration is formalized, the student agree to accept the shifts and timetables accorded for the Workshop, and to conform to the Workshops Regulations.
The pre-registration fee of 15% will not be refunded to those applicants who reserved a place and want to cancel it. The same amount will only be transferred as credit for another Workshop, after being accepted. There will be no refunds or returns once the classes start, except when the Workshop is cancelled.
GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
6. EICTV reserves the right to cancel the Workshop registration of any student who does not attend classes, who lacks interest in the learning process, who observers a conflictive behavior within the community of students and professors, or who may affect the normal course of the Workshop in any way.
QUALIFICATION
7. The students will receive an Academic Certificate, and a Diploma that credits their assistance at the end of the Workshop.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
8. EICTV reserves the right to modify, suppress or adjust the content of the syllabus, to replace the announced professors, if it is considered convenient for the best development of the academic activity.
