 Both filmmakers, from Argentina and Colombia respectively, met at the television studio, Pilar Miró of EICTV last July 15. The school graduate, Andrés Buitrago, was the moderator and the event was recorded by second and third year students recorded the meeting. Started evaluation of thesis exercises 2010 (Fiction)
 A selected group of filmmakers from different parts of the world have started an event also known as the "the last masterly lesson" for third year students. Six narrative films and six documentaries are being exhibited at Glauber Rocha screening room before the eyes and ears of the mentioned professionals. |

 The screenwriters, Jorge Goldenberg from Argentina, Silvia Pasternak from Mexico and Cubans Eliseo Altunaga and Arturo Arango, took part in a new episode of High Studies Dialogues in the television studio "Pilar Miró" at EICTV last Thursday, July 8. |
Osama Namrouqa, Jordanian participant of the project "To Be a Human Being" has passed away.
 All School community joins the pain of having lost a friend, a colleague, a filmmaker. During the two weeks of his stay in the EICTV, Osama made more friends than anyone else, he spoke of his roots, and his smile spread to all corners of the School. |
Registration deadline for Summer Course on Photography
 From July 19th to 30th, it will be carried out a course for beginners on photography. Registration dates are nearly finishing!!! Together with theoretical and practical lessons, there will be visits to historical places in Havana City such as the Museum of Fine Arts, Cuban Photographic Library and the Havana City museum. |
